Performance characteristics
1. High heat transfer coefficient and volume utilization rate: The bottom of the heat exchange tube bundle of this product is close to the bottom of the tank, and the cold water stagnation area is basically eliminated in the tank with the function of the diversion device, and the volume utilization rate reaches 100%.
2. High efficiency and energy saving: The heat exchange coil adopts a multi-stroke spiral floating tube group, which uses the water flow to generate high-frequency floating, forming turbulent heat transfer.
3. Automatic descaling function: Due to the high-frequency vibration of the heat exchange coil, the scale is not easy to adhere to the tube wall, even if there is some scale, it is easy to fall off, and the thermal shock method can be used to take advantage of the significant difference in thermal expansion and contraction between copper and scale. Scale will be automatically removed. Basically no manual cleaning is required.
4. Convenient maintenance: The heat exchange coil is designed as a detachable structure, and there is a maintenance manhole on the shell, which does not require maintenance space.
