GNEE has continuously and efficiently delivered multiple LNG storage tanks
Since early April, GNEE has achieved a series of remarkable results in the production and delivery of LNG storage tanks. With its outstanding technical strength, efficient project management capabilities and strong emergency response capabilities, it has been continuously empowering the green transformation of the global shipping industry.
- 1,600 m³ LNG Storage Tank Successfully Shipped
The 1,600 m³ LNG storage tank produced by GNEE has been successfully hoisted and shipped. The tank is made of nickel steel, with a net weight of 200 tons per tank, and will be supporting the liquefied petroleum gas station project.
During the shipping process of this LNG cryogenic storage tank, strong winds suddenly occurred. Departments including production, technology and safety of the company responded quickly. By optimizing the operation plan and strengthening safety control measures, the tank shipping task was completed on schedule under the premise of ensuring construction safety, laying a foundation for the smooth implementation of the hoisting operation the next day. Both tanks produced by GNEE were successfully hoisted at one time during the hoisting stage. Behind these achievements lies the company's unremitting pursuit of quality management, which fully demonstrates GNEE's excellent emergency management capabilities and sound quality control system.
- Delivery of 2 LNG Storage Tanks for Liquefied Petroleum Gas Station Project
The 2 storage tanks for the liquefied petroleum gas station project adopt an independent Type C, semi-cold and semi-pressure design. The tank body is made of high-performance nickel steel, which has both ultra-low temperature resistance and lightweight advantages, with a net weight of about 199 tons per tank. The products will be supporting the liquefied petroleum gas station, helping it achieve high efficiency, energy saving and low carbon emissions, and providing green solutions for gas stations worldwide.
GNEE has always adhered to a customer-centric approach. In response to the customer's demand for shortening the delivery cycle of the tanks due to the acceleration of their production plan, the company quickly set up a special task force. Through optimizing the production plan, increasing resource allocation, and implementing 24-hour shift work, efficient performance of the contract was achieved. On the premise of ensuring "zero quality defects", the delivery of 2 1,750 m³ LNG storage tanks was finally completed 15 days ahead of schedule.
The recent continuous delivery of storage tank projects is a vivid epitome of GNEE's ability to quickly respond to market demands and efficiently serve customers. In the future, GNEE will continue to adhere to the "customer-centric" philosophy, keep improving, explore and innovate, commit to enhancing the manufacturing quality and efficiency of liquid tanks, and at the same time actively research and develop and promote the use of more low-carbon energy sources, contributing to the global low-carbon transformation of the environment.
