GNEE's Stainless Steel Manufacturing Process
Our tank manufacturing process begins with the design and specifications of the tank, which are usually provided by our clients. Our in-house engineers often collaborate with clients to achieve the optimal design.
After the design and engineering phase, stainless steel is cut to size and formed using specialized equipment, including water jets, lasers, or plasma cutters.
Our team of expert welders then joins the tank components using specialized welding techniques, including TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding or MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding. Once welding is complete, the tank body is polished and cleaned to remove any surface impurities or contaminants.
The final step is the installation of any required components, such as valves, instruments, and other fittings, which are attached to the tank using specialized welding and/or bolting techniques.
