Recently, the 160Nm³/h (at standard conditions) VPSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) oxygen generation equipment with a designed purity of 90%, independently developed and produced by our company, has completed installation and commissioning at the denitrification project site of a large brick kiln. It was officially put into stable operation in October 2025. Custom-designed for the ozone denitrification process of brick kilns, the equipment achieved a stable oxygen purity of 96.2% after 2 hours and 30 minutes of precise on-site commissioning, exceeding the designed index. During continuous operation, the purity fluctuation is no more than ±0.5%, which fully meets the supporting gas demand of the customer's ozone generator and helps the customer achieve the strict environmental protection standard of nitrogen oxide emission concentration ≤30mg/m³.
