PSA oxygen generator is based on the principle of pressure swing adsorption, using high-quality zeolite molecular sieve as adsorbent, under certain pressure, from the air to produce oxygen. After purification and drying of the Compressed air, the oxygen making machine carries out pressure adsorption and decompression desorption in the absorber. Due to the aerodynamics effect, the diffusion rate of nitrogen in the micropores of zeolites is much faster than that of oxygen. Nitrogen is preferentially adsorbed by zeolites, and oxygen is enriched in the gas phase to form oxygen products. Then, by reducing the pressure to normal pressure, the adsorbent can remove the nitrogen and other impurities adsorbed, and realize regeneration.
