debugging
1. Check the wiring of the control cabinet, mainly to check whether the line has virtual connection, wrong connection or short circuit. After confirming that it is correct, turn on the power supply and check whether each component and instrument is powered on.
2. Check whether the electromagnetic pilot air of the oxygen generator, such as left suction, pressure equalization, left suction, etc., corresponds to the pilot air of the pneumatic valve is correct, and whether there is a wrong connection.
3. Open the valve entering the air buffer tank of the oxygen generator to allow air to enter the buffer tank, and at the same time open the blowdown valve of the buffer tank to empty the buffer tank until the sundries in the buffer tank are drained.
4. When the pressure of the air buffer tank reaches 0.7~0.8 (0.5-0.6) Mpa, adjust the pilot air pressure reducing valve to make the pressure to 0.4Mpa or 0.5Mpa (single air control 0.5Mpa double air control 0.4Mpa).
5. Open the intake valve of the oxygen machine. The opening size of the valve is based on the fact that the pressure of the air buffer tank is about 0.05MPA higher than the adsorption pressure during normal operation.
6. Press the manual button of the left suction solenoid valve of the oxygen generator to make the adsorption pressure reach 0.8Mpa (0.6Mpa) and maintain the pressure for a period of time. Check each interface of the left adsorption tank to see if there is air leakage, and observe whether the muffler has been discharging. Check whether the pressure of the left adsorption tank and the right adsorption tank rises or falls. If air leakage is found, check whether the pneumatic valve is not closed tightly or is stuck by welding slag. Check the pressure equalization in the same way, and the right adsorption.
7. Turn on the oxygen generator switch. Since the adsorption gas in the adsorption tower needs to be replaced when it is just turned on, the valve entering the oxygen storage tank should not be opened for the time being, and let the oxygen generator adsorption tower work cycle for 2-3 cycles, and then slowly Open the oxygen gas production valve, and open it as small as possible to allow pure oxygen to enter the oxygen storage tank. At the same time, open the blowdown valve of the buffer tank to empty it, and drain the sundries in the buffer tank.
8. Open the oxygen generator backflush valve.
9. After the pressure of the oxygen tank reaches 0.6 Mpa ~ 0.7 Mpa (0.4Mpa-0.5Mpa), adjust the oxygen pressure reducing valve to make the outlet pressure reach the user's required value.
10. Open the equalizing valve and control the equalizing pressure difference between 0.05MPA-0.1MPA. (If the pressure is equalized from the left tower to the right tower, the equalized pressure of the left tower = the adsorption pressure of the left tower - the pressure when the pressure equalization of the left tower is completed, and the equalization pressure of the right tower = the pressure when the pressure equalization of the right tower is completed)
11. Repeatedly adjust the pressure equalizing valve and the intake valve until the adsorption pressure and the pressure equalizing pressure meet the requirements at the same time.
12. Slowly open the valve of the sampling port of the oxygen meter, and the oxygen volume is controlled at 300-500 ml. If there is no flow meter, you can feel the oxygen volume with the back of your hand, and you can feel a small amount of air blowing through the back of your hand.
13. After the oxygen production start-up step is completed, the purity will slowly rise to reach the contract target.
