Description
PSA oxygen generator: After the raw air is pressurized by the air compressor, the air pretreatment system removes solid impurities such as oil and dust and most of the gaseous water, and enters the adsorption tower equipped with zeolite molecular sieve (ZMS), where nitrogen, Carbon dioxide and water vapor are selectively adsorbed by the adsorbent, and oxygen passes through the adsorption tower, and the oxygen is output as a product gas.

structure
PSA oxygen production equipment is mainly composed of air compressor, cold dryer, degreasing device, adsorption system, oxygen buffer tank and control system.
1. Air compressor: The air compressor provides raw air for the whole system. According to the gas production of the pressure swing adsorption oxygen production equipment, the air compressor that meets the design conditions is selected for air supply.
2. Cold dryer: After the air compressor pressurizes the raw material air, the compressed air of high temperature and high pressure enters the cold dryer for cooling, drying and impurity removal, and the compressed air of low temperature and high pressure is obtained.
3. Degreasing device: The degreasing device removes the oil mist in the compressed air at low temperature and high pressure to prevent the oil mist in the air from affecting the life of the zeolite molecular sieve.
4. Adsorption system: The adsorption system consists of two adsorption towers equipped with zeolite molecular sieve adsorbent and pipeline valves. Compressed air at low temperature and high pressure enters from the bottom of tower A. When flowing through the adsorbent layer, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, water vapor, etc. in the air are adsorbed. Oxygen is collected to the top of the adsorption tower through the adsorption bed as a product gas output. At the same time, the B tower is in the regeneration condition. When the adsorption tower for adsorption is about to reach the adsorption saturation, under the adjustment of the control system, the low temperature and high pressure air enters the B tower to start adsorption and oxygen production. Towers A and B alternately take turns to achieve the purpose of continuous oxygen production.
5. Oxygen buffer tank: store product gas (oxygen), and play a role in regulating the whole set of equipment.
6. Control system: The engineer inputs the pre-written valve control program into the PLC controller, adjusts the opening and closing of each pneumatic valve through the solenoid valve, and realizes the adsorption and regeneration of the adsorption system within the specified time.
