Basic steps of PSA nitrogen generator
1. Pressurized adsorption, compressed air enters from the inlet of the adsorber, the internal pressure of the PSA nitrogen generator increases, a relatively large amount of oxygen is adsorbed by the carbon molecular sieve, and the product nitrogen flows out from the outlet.
2. Pressure equalization: Two adsorbers work alternately, and when one adsorber completes its work, the other is also regenerated. It can pass through the connecting pipeline between the two adsorbers in a very short time, and part of the gas in the adsorber that has been adsorbed flows to the adsorber that has been regenerated, so that the pressure of the two machines is balanced.
3. Decompression and desorption, the machine after the adsorption is completed can discharge the remaining gas through the outlet to the adsorber after equalization, and the remaining adsorbed gas falls off after the pressure is reduced to normal pressure.
4. Purging and regeneration, although the carbon molecular sieve inside the adsorber after adsorption has discharged a large amount of gas through decompression desorption, the finished nitrogen is introduced into the purging carbon molecular sieve bed to desorb it completely.
