VPSA Oxygen Production Technology Process
  • Low-pressure raw air is transported by a blower, purified through dust removal, then enters the VPSA system's molecular sieve adsorption tower for separation
  • The adsorption tower (two-tower or three-tower system) uses specific molecular sieves to adsorb nitrogen, carbon dioxide, and water vapor while collecting oxygen in a buffer vessel
  • When adsorption reaches set control values, the adsorbent is thoroughly desorbed and regenerated through pressure reduction and vacuum pumping
  • An automatic control system (PLC or DCS) manages valve circulation to maintain continuous oxygen production
