Working Principle
The VPSA oxygen production system mainly consists of a blower, vacuum pump, switching valve, adsorber, and oxygen balance tank. The raw air is pressurized by a Roots blower and enters the adsorber filled with oxygen molecular sieves, where moisture, carbon dioxide, and nitrogen are adsorbed to produce oxygen. When adsorption reaches a certain degree, a vacuum pump evacuates the system, extracting and discharging adsorbed components into the atmosphere while regenerating the adsorbent. This process is automatically controlled by PLC and switching valve system.
Applications
Industrial oxygen generator used for aquaculture, welding, cutting, or feeding oxygen to ozone machines.
  • Medical: Can be configured to fill hospital pipelines directly with filling ramp backup. Oxygen cylinders can be filled simultaneously or during low consumption periods.
  • Metallurgy: Used for anneal protection, agglomeration protection, nitrogenizing, furnace washing and blowing. Applications include metal heat treatment, powder metallurgy, magnetic materials, copper processing, metallic mesh, galvanized wire, and semiconductors.
  • Chemical and new material industries: For chemical material gas, pipeline blowing, gas replacement, gas protection, and product transport. Used in chemicals, urethane elastic fiber, rubber, plastic, tires, polyurethane, biotechnology, and intermediates.
  • Electronic industry: For encapsulation, agglomeration, anneal, deoxidization, and storage of electronic products. Applications include peak welding, reflow welding, crystals, piezoelectricity, electronic porcelain, electronic copper tape, batteries, and electronic alloy materials.
