VPSA Oxygen Production Process
The VPSA process begins with low-pressure air being transported by a blower through purification systems. The air then enters molecular sieve adsorption towers (two or three-tower system) where nitrogen, carbon dioxide, and water vapor are adsorbed while oxygen is collected in a buffer vessel. The system automatically controls valve circulation through PLC or DCS to maintain continuous oxygen production.
This technology offers low operational costs, high automation, compact footprint, and convenient start-stop operation.
