Product Principle

Our PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) Oxygen Generator Plant represents a revolution in non-cryogenic air separation technology, utilizing special grade Zeolite Molecular Sieves (ZMS) for efficient oxygen production.

The system operates through these key stages:

  • Compressed air passes through a twin tower PSA module with automatic changeover valves
  • Air is dried via refrigerated dryer before contacting the ZMS bed
  • Zeolite Molecular Sieves selectively adsorb nitrogen molecules
  • While one tower produces oxygen, the other undergoes regeneration through depressurization
  • Output oxygen is stabilized in a surge vessel with back pressure regulation
