The VPSA Oxygen Generator (Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption Oxygen Generator) is an air separation equipment based on the selective adsorption characteristics of molecular sieves. Through the cyclic mechanism of adsorption process near atmospheric pressure and vacuum desorption, it preferentially adsorbs impurities such as nitrogen and carbon dioxide in the air, and finally stably produces oxygen with a purity of 90%-95%. It features low energy consumption and high degree of automation, and is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, medical field and other sectors.

Oxygen&nitrogen analyzer: Real-time monitoring and analysis of oxygen and nitrogen purity
Valves&Pipelines: Intelligent control valves achieve fully automatic operation of equipment, PLC control, SUS304 pipeline
Oxygen&Nitrogen Buffer Tanks: Store oxygen and nitrogen with qualified purity
Pressure regulator: Adjust and stabilize the outlet pressure of oxygen and nitrogen (3-6 bar)
Dust filter: Remove dust caused by molecular sieves in oxygen and nitrogen
Check valve: Prevents oxygen and nitrogen reflux
Turbocharger: Oxygen and nitrogen booster that boosts the pressure to filling pressure (usually 150 bar or 200 bar)
