Faced with challenges such as tight construction schedules, complex geological conditions, and variable climates, GNEE strictly controlled the construction quality, optimized the acceptance process, ensured close connection of work procedures, and guaranteed that the construction quality was manageable. It implemented the "122330 safety and environmental protection control measures" and combined them with the three-level "grid-based" management to achieve hierarchical control of safety responsibilities, ensuring that safety and environmental protection were controllable and under control. The design department actively communicated with the customer, clarified the drawing requirements, and optimized the handling plan.
