Description
The double-tube heat exchanger has a simple structure, strong adaptability, easy cleaning, and strong ability to withstand high temperature and high pressure. The most widely used in the industry, it is a reliable and standard heat exchanger.
We use double tube heat exchangers made of 304 or 316L stainless steel. The connection with the tube sheet is argon welding, and the welding point is polished. The gasket material is Teflon, which is resistant to high temperature, and there is no dead angle in the heat exchanger and no pollution. Precautions
The double tube sheet heat exchanger adopts a fixed tube sheet structure, and the tube bundle cannot be pulled out for cleaning. For double tube sheet heat exchangers with large temperature difference, "add corrugated expansion joints; while single tube sheet heat exchangers can be considered to be equipped with corrugated expansion joints on the cylinder body, floating head or U-shaped tube type is often used.
