Description

Structural features
1. Full emptying is the key design of double tube sheet heat exchanger to avoid residual pharmaceutical water;
2. Ensure that the material in the lumen is fully emptied and has no residue, which can effectively reduce and prevent the static reproduction of colonies and the risk of microbial contamination;
3. For dual-flow lumens, it is necessary to consider controlling the mixed flow caused by the emptying connection between the lumens within a limited range;
4. Combined with the on-site installation method, it can be vertical or horizontal (5‰ slope);
pressure test
(1) After the strength expansion of the inner tube sheet and the heat exchange tube, the water pressure test is carried out on the shell side. After the water pressure test is qualified, the air tightness test is carried out. After passing the inspection, the connection and assembly of the outer tube sheet and the heat exchange tube shall be carried out.
(2) After the strength welding (argon arc welding) + expansion connection of the outer tube sheet and the heat exchange tube is assembled, the welded joint is subjected to penetration testing after welding.
(3) The water pressure test is carried out in the liquid accumulation process. After the test is qualified, the air tightness test is carried out.
(4) Ammonia leakage test is carried out on the shell side, and ammonia leakage test is carried out at the discharge port of the liquid accumulation side to check the connection joint between the outer tube sheet and the heat exchange tube.
(5) After the assembly of the pipe box is completed, the pressure and water pressure test is carried out on the pipe side.
