Description

Structure and function of plate heat exchanger:
1. The thickness of the pressure plate is generally determined according to the clamping capacity of the movable steel plate and the sealing plate.
2. Upper guide rod: it is fixed on the fixed pressing plate and pillar to support and position the plate.
3. Lower guide rod: it plays a role in positioning the plate and forms the positioning of the plate with the upper guide rod.
4. Clamping bolts: evenly arranged around the compression plate to clamp the plates between the fixed and movable compression plates.
5. Plate: the heat transfer element is generally made of stainless steel as required. After the plates are compressed, a certain gap is reserved between them to form a fluid channel. The heat exchange medium flows out and in from the connecting pipe on the clamping plate and correspondingly enters the (odd and even) fluid channel between the plates for heat exchange.
6. The sealing gasket ensures the flow channel between plates and the sealing of plates to the outside. The material is determined according to the heat exchange medium. There are two seals around the corner hole and a signal hole connected with the atmosphere to ensure that the two working media will not be in series with each other.
