Precautions
1. The installation site of the lng cryogenic storage tank should have good ventilation, generally it should be installed outdoors, surrounded by fences, and there should be no open flames, combustibles and explosives and low-lying places within 5m;
2. The lng cryogenic storage tank has a grounding device to remove static electricity and a lightning protection device. The grounding resistance is not more than 10Ω; the maximum impact resistance of the lightning protection device is 30Ω, and it should be tested at least once a year;
3. When the valves, instruments, pipes, etc. on the lng cryogenic storage tank are frozen, use nitrogen, air or hot water at 70 to 80 °C to freeze, and it is strictly forbidden to heat with an open flame;
4. When the lng cryogenic storage tank has been emptied of liquid and cannot be heated immediately, close all valves immediately. Because the temperature in the tank is very low, the moist air will penetrate into the interior through the connected pipes, causing the accident of freezing and blocking the pipes.
